I still don't get what you are trying to say. And the quotes are still in random order. They did not occur in that order in the thread.
When I set out from the boy's attic window, my head was so full of competing plans and complex strategems that I didn't look where I was going and flew straight into a chimney.

Read them again. I don't know what you are talking about.

I haven't even read the book. I was just using the "we could have another Eragon on our hands" expression assuming that all of you would get my meaning. I didn't realise that anyone actually liked that movie. I didn't.
There was this. And then

And now, officially welcome to Bartiforums, Umbreo.
Nero, explain in-depth, it's bad to explain quotes with quotes.

So you're saying that I asked if he liked the Eragon movie, when he told me already that he hated it? When he says "I hated it" i think he was talking about (as he put it) the "Arya - Eragon thing". That's why I asked him if he liked the movie in general.

Who cares?

Eragon, all aspects of it, are garbage.

Clear for everyone?

Not that hard.... :(

Well he doesn't get it.
I think I do, but doubtful.
Eragon has good parts, Eldest less so, and Brisinger much more so, helping redeem the series.
He should rewrite Eragon and Eldest.

Enough Eragon talk. Please. I'm not going to be bothered reading the books, let alone watching the movie again.
Nero writes better than that guy . . . seriously.

Edit: Oh. I just read your other post. That story of mine blows, written about two years ago. Horrible prose. :(
