Oddly, this talk of them being related (which I just lightly suggested) reminds me of when royal cousins married each other.

This whole forum is insane. Except for the new guys. It'll rub off onto you eventually.

Nope, I'm already insane. Three months can change a man's life...
No stupid comments about that latter statement.

Well, the several comments, anyway...

Insanity doesn't mean stupid. In fact, many insane people are geniuses.

well, um, are some commoners still gonna give away their kids like the way nat's parents did to him after the events in PG? (bad wording? :hmm: )

No. I doubt it. I don't think magicians will be trained as much as before. Nor will they get the apprentices that way anymore. They'll think of a less cruel way.

If commoners get equal opportunities, there there would be no need & no offer.

Boy.
That just kinda screws up the whole process.
But only in London. The Magical center of the world will just move on to somewhere else.

Maybe into America?

Anywho, I think that a lot of parent's would think twice, too, as before, it was thought of as a safe place to be raised and a happy life. But after the demons broke loose, some parents in that situation might think it over a bit.

Of course, theres the opportunities thing, too.
Washington is going to be the next London, I guess...

Doubt it, this is clonial-era America here, more likely Philly, Boston or New York, with Washington being the political mainstay of the country.

But it's not necessarily back in the 1800s. They could take a sudden push forward.
If not, then it'll be Canada! :P
Besides, the capital isn't always the strongest city in the country.

True but Nathaniel hated Underwood. He was only eleven, not really capable of understanding where his actions might lead (in fact over here a child cannot be convicted of a crime if under the age of 12). It was a stupid, cruel thing to do, but he soon realized that there was dire consequences. Not defending him, but everyone makes mistakes.
