Somehow I'd be a little worried about magical contraception. One slipup wording the command could have very nasty consequences.

I remember reading from one fanfiction one interesting theory. All around a magician house, there is something cast that puts magicial protection all around their property. That way, a magician can get it on without protection, somehow the magic around the house would...how can I say this...kill all the little fishies persay.

Which is where I got said idea here, Mwamba.

It seems more plausible than most. Like it's been said, anything too specific could have dire consequences. It'd at least keep the magician on his toes, though.
