I perfer ptelomy is my favoruite. I like nat and all but ptyelomy is wise, kind and he doesn't treat bartimus like a slave.

Nat's to full of himself. Ptolemy had more compassion, and was overall a nicer person, I think. Although Nat was okay by the Trilogy's end.

Ptolemy seemed too... weird. Nat was more realistic, in the fact that he's vain and selfish, and human.

A little too human if you ask me. Nat was okay in AoS, annoying in GE, and thhe same in most of PG, except when they began calling him Nathanial again. Then I liked him. Then he died. :cry:

Yeah bigtime...Ptolemys the most interesting character in the books, and definitly way more decent than Nat...although Nat did save Bart like Ptolemy did...so maybe they were both great ppl in the end

Little hard maybe, they did eventually have a grudging respect for eachother, but yeah Ptolemy was better.
