Rule1:No Weapons. Rule2:Fight to the death. Who would win?!

Bartimaeus
Nat
Mercenary
FOOTSTOOL
I still support Bart. I am certain he would find a way to finish Verroq.

Hell, that proly wouldn't work either...
If Barti knew what Faquarl said about avoiding magic, then maybe.
Just Maybe...

Yeah maybe.
Interesting topic but I think we have extinguished all options.

Bart & the footstool would win, because Bart would defeat everyone else. And the footstool would not be attacked by anyone.
Look, Queezle.
lol..i loved that footstool part in the book...i actually laughed out loud during nats and barts conversation then...lol...it was REALLY hilarious.."i really like his style somehow..footstool.." "bartimaeus that actually IS a footstool...no one is occupying that pentacle..."

I reject both of your theories.

Yes, Bartimaeus would find a way to kill Varroq/Nathaniel. But aassuming he heard the rules of the fight beforehand, in order to win, he knows him must demolish the footstool.

So he simply throws an Inferno at it.

Verroq wins, tries to sit on footstool, and breaks it.

Stubborn.

Bartimaeus would, I'm sure, find a way. I'm sure Stroud can think of something.
