Morris Dancers?

USA swept the medals for Womens Sabre fencing.

Wait... we beat France? In fencing?
Wow. Close win for Spain in the men's cycling event. (USA was like all the way behind in the main chasing group...oh well.)

I can't believe they actually rode their bikes on the Great Wall of China though.

A few bikes on the Great Wall isn't going to do any more damage than a few tourists (and it's in a much worse state away from the touristy areas).

Did you here about the American coache's dad who was killed?

Tsk tsk.
It was his dad? wow thats really sad. I only knew it was a family member.

Well, at least his wife only got "serious and life-threatening" injuries. Hope she actually gets better.

At least they weren't targeted for their nationality. Whew.

Ah, beach volleyball is on again. I want to see some fencing! :(

Godamnit Canada. WIN A MEDAL!

My sister's all obsessed about Michael Phelps. Frightens me. :P

The opening ceremony was good though.

Yeah in cycling. I watched it.

Canada was so close to getting the Bronze...got lazy in the end.

I find it boring to watch Phelps pwn everyone; he needs a rival.
While everyone is talking about Phelps, I'm over here fussing about that one 14-year-old diver from Britain. -_-

Edit: Ah, so he's not the youngest British Olympian ever. Never mind. But now I'm inspired to be in the USA Taekwondo team right now. >_<

Of note: Windows BSOD Shows at Olympics Opening Ceremony
BSOD were rare for me, but this is just funny.

XD

The live one on CBC had it. Though it was somewhat blocked out. The NBC revised one just cut it out. Damn Americans..... :P
Sadly, that's how strict we Americans are on censorship. We don't want to corrupt our kids.

Edit: Hah, that's way better than this article I found on Yahoo. They were talking about how some of the fireworks shown on TV were actually pre-recorded.

Hmm....it oddly looks fake....

Edit: And we'd hear a lot about it.

The Chinese admited to faking the fireworks and the cute little girl singing. Gosh, so many things to dampen the Olympic spirit lately.

Blue Screen of Death. :P

As depressing as the Red Rings of Death...
