Wheel of Time? Pretty good... I wonder why it didn't hit on the Paolini phenomenon...

I'm sorta reading that too. I got up to "Path of Daggers" before I just got bored to death. He's taking so long to get to Tarmon Gai'don. x.x

I just finished a book called 'Speak' and I'm dying to read a book called Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister. Has anyone else read it?

I am reading Priestess of White (nearly finished it Sentynel so you can borrow it soon). It is very good and is written by Trudi Canavan who also has written The Black Magician Trilogy another good trilogy of books.

I think there is a good forum for The Black Magician Trilogy somewhere on the net

Oh very good advertising, Nate.
If anyone's interested, I'm sure you can find it with google...

I just finished the King of Attolia. It wasn't as good as the first book, but better than the second.

Almost finished with "The High Druid of Shannara: Jarka Ruus" and will be moving onto "Tanequil" next, both by Terry Brooks.

I'm rereading the Charlie Bone series. It's a little kiddy, and a little predictable but otherwise they're great books.
The books are:
Midnight for Charlie Bone
CB and the time twister
CB and the invisible boy. (Or CB and the Blue Boa, depends on where ya live i guess.)
CB and the castle of mirrors
and lastly,
CB and the Hidden King.
They're all out in America, so check them out and don't get mad at me if ya don't like them.

By the way CB means Charlie Bone

At first I thought Charlie Bone was a rip-off of Harry Potter, but it's pretty good.

I'm reading Stormbreaker. It's an Alex Rider book.

I love Charlie Bone... but my local library only has the first 3. I didn't know the rest came out... *runs to library to bribe librarians to buy books*

I'm glad that The Hidden King is out. I'll read it when it comes in to my library.

Since Hurricane Katrinia we haven't been getting in that many books. We just got in Ptolemy's Gate in audiobook format..and still don't have the book. But that's ok as I bought it the day it came out.

I just finished Madame Bovary because it was a school reading assingment. It was actually pretty good.

Now I'm reading The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke. It seems okay.

Thief Lord's okay. Read Inkheart and Inkspell, those are really good. Not as good as BT but good. By same author as Thief Lord

I have Inkheart too, but I didn't read it yet.
Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro. Not sure if I like it so far..
Nothing to see here, move along.

The guy playing Alex...*drools*

If I haven't mentioned, Stormbreaker is to become a movie opening here in July.

I'm reading Alice in Wonderland.

And I agree, Funke is awesome!
