BTW, it just struck me, would they send an advance copy to a person living anywhere on earth?

Gladstone won the competition. I would guess he'd have got one anyway for adminness if he hadn't, but I don't know the specifics of how they're handing these things out; they may not have had enough to give them away to the admins if he hadn't.
