Hey the new movie wasn't too nerdy.David Cat wrote:Oh come on, you can't expect the man to invent an actual new language, that's reserved for REALLY NERDY things like Star Trek :PFuzzyLobster wrote:Also the way he writes languages is all wrong. His languages are more of codes with new words substituting old ones instead of having a different structure. Not too important; but it's a point that's really bothered me.
I agree, and no I don't like his writing. It is terrible (I am not saying I could do better as I can't but then again I'm not a best selling author.) and to be honest I don't think the story makes up for his lack of writing ability but they are readable and a distraction so good luck to him as a writer and I really hope he improves because as from what I have seen and heard he is a pretty nice down to earth fellaFuzzyLobster wrote:Well, why bother doing it in the first place? That was a good book.nathanielandbartimaeus wrote:Finished Kite Runner. T'was awesome! And, in a way, sad too. But I loved it.
do you mean you only understood those or that the book only came with those stories?emethyst wrote:I only got Romeo and Juliet and Macbeth from that. Help please?
I found that site too, that's all that's there. The impression I got was that the rest are in a published book.Em wrote:Unless I got the wrong Twitter page or whatever, I can only recognise R&J and Macbeth. I can't identify the rest. Sorry for any confusion.
ah it's not a group of twitter pages that I'm reading it's a physical book. It's made to look like a penguin classic.emethyst wrote:Unless I got the wrong Twitter page or whatever, I can only recognise R&J and Macbeth. I can't identify the rest. Sorry for any confusion.
