The Little Prince - Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Great little novella.

On a related note to The Little Prince, Fuzzy, Catcher in the Rye is also great.

Author is Richard Bach.
That book made me think. Philosophical one. But, in the end, I came to the conclusion that I don't agree with the author.
Will start Freakonomics soon.

Not on a related note to the fact that the author just died? ...

The Devil's Gentlemen - Harold Schechter
Going Postal - Terry Pratchett (reread)

Well yeah. But they both have similar themes of childhood and innocence.

Memorials of Ifhun/Chronicles of Idhun/Idhun Memorials/or-whatever-it's-called-in-English. In Spanish it's "Memorias de Idhún". The author is Laura Gallego. Re-reading it. It owns.

All Families Are Psychotic - Douglas Coupland

Interesting book, everyone either has AIDs, cancer, missing a hand or is pregnant. Wonder how I'm going to explain it to the class for my book talk without it sounding too weird.

Except the teacher is going to make each of us spoil the endings to our books to the rest of the class. :( Ah well.

Make up a completely different ending to tell the class.

But I also have to hear everybody else's endings. At least then I won't be tempted to go and read the books, I have enough to do as it is.

Dead Silence - Norah McClintock
Dearly Devoted Dexter - Jeff Lindsay

I should have chosen that book to do for my nonfiction project in English. But nooo, I went along with one of my friend's choices and chose The Triple Bind by Stephen Hinshaw (which, while interesting, is plagued by overly extreme examples and redundancy).

Currently reading various psychology articles.

I have to say, the full text of the journal article is actually quite interesting, though I'm not sure I agree with its conclusions.
