A still more glorious dawn awaits, not a sunrise, but a galaxy rise, a morning filled with 400 billion suns - the rising of the Milky Way
EVERYTHING.

Geez, you think you'd know that by now. :)

HAHA.
TRUE!
"If the bee disappears from the surface of the earth, man would have no more than four years to live. No more bees, no more pollination ... no more men!" - Einstein
"I like quoting Einstein. Know why? Because nobody dares contradict you." - Studs Terkel.
<@Ximenez> Sentynel: But i have a life? No. Qed.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN "YOU ALL" I AM FINE
I wish I were a cat-dragon
"At the airport! Yay!"
"Orly?"
"Yarly! Actually, no, Charles de Gaulle."

I REST MY CASE.

xD!
Believe me, I thought of that when he said ''I am fine''. And a few other things too.

Trawl through the archives here, you'd find plenty of evidence.

The Last Hero - Terry Pratchett and Paul Kidby

Guys, I want to be Paul Kidby when I grow up. This book is amazing.

God, having bartifriends on FB was the worst decision I ever made :P
I wish I were a cat-dragon
Yes, yes it was.

In fact, I'm using it to guilt-trip you right now. :D

Oh you. But good point.
I wish I were a cat-dragon
Heheh. I meant what I was saying though, it would be nice if you could do that thing I messaged you about, if it's at all possible. I would if I went anywhere interesting, but I don't, so yeah.

...Unless you didn't actually get the message I sent, and we're talking about two different things. If so, then I apologize, and I'll re-send it to you.

This summer's going to be great. First I get to read the new Jasper Fforde book, then I find out Erik Larson has a new book out (and it's about the lead up to WWII!), plus the new ASOIAF and Dresden Files books are out this month. :D

That message is amusingly opaque.

The new Jasper Fforde was good, incidentally. I can't remember whether I mentioned that.

Moonwalking With Einstein ~Joshua Foer

It's jam packed with studies done and all, the way I like it.

Okay, I'm about a centimetre into American Gods, and the writing is gorgeous, but the overall story is not the best. I've seen it done better, a la Someone Comes To Town, Someone Leaves Town by Cory Doctorow and Fables by Bill WIllingham. But it's still really good, if a bit slow.

There we go, compromise XP

Patience. You're only just getting started.

NO, DON'T DO IT! DON'T COMPROMISE! :P Of course, since I never actually finished the thing...

One of Our Thursdays is Missing was great, yeah. Different, but still the same quality as the others. However, I don't really understand what Fforde has against fanfic, since that's pretty much what he writes.

And now, back to ASOIAF.

Stupid George R. R. Martin. I'm done A Feast for Crows, but I was up until 2 Friday morning, and consequently late for work the next day. :P

And now begins the long, agonizing wait for both Ghost Story and A Dance with Dragons. I could get my brother to pirate them for me, but I like physical copies better.
