I recently read the Machine of Death, a collection of short stories set in a world where there's a machine that tells you how you're going to die. Really good. http://machineofdeath.net/ There are free pdfs to download on the site here, and the book is available from amazon.com and soon to be available from amazon.ca and meatspace bookstores.

I'm currently reading The Ring of Solomon ~ God.
Oh, my. I really missed Barti.

As with many others, Ring of Solomon - He Whom Apparently Must Not Be Named
I wish I were a cat-dragon
Leviathan - Scott Westerfeld

Started and finished it in the last couple of days. It was good, but his writing style is kinda meh. And it's going to be awhile before I can get my hands on a copy of the next one. :(

Bleach 3

*grins*

Guess what I got today?

Look, I only bought it because it was 30% off at the local Coles, and because the stupid library won't finish catalouging. It's 15 bucks that I shouldn't have spent, and it'll be awhile before I can finish it, but I'm happy.

*grins some more* :D

It is 15 bucks well spent!

Anyway, real nice =D

I spent 5 dollars on mine. =D

But I would have spent the full 20 anyways.
Agatha Christie ~ The ABC Murders (Spanish: El Misterio de la Guía de Ferrocarril)
Don't you hate it when you know who the murderer is from the beginning?

You are rereading it?

No, I was not. It was my first time reading it.
[+] Spoiler
I failed. Poirot won 8D.
I'd forgotten that Agatha Christie was not that predictable. Because, how could Alexander Bonaparte Cust be the ABC murderer in an Agatha Christie story?
*Spoiler warning just in case :P *
Anyhow, I still dislike those books starting with a chapter written from the killer's POV.

Miss Marple is rather boring. Ever read Tommy and Tuppence? Superintendent Battle based books are rather nice too.

Yes, she is. :-/
I have read a Tommy and Tuppence one (By the pricking of my Thumbs), and it is one of my favs.
Although Poirot owns them all, IMO.

Of course, Hercule Poirot is the best. =D
He is one detective who comes close to being as good as Sherlock Holmes.

Can't beat Sherlock Holmes. He is pure awesome. (Also his modern revival on the BBC is very awesome.)
