Just bought the book and audio... I really wanted a digital option like for the kindle... Fans should by the CD's too, it adds a new and different dimension to the books. Glad I found this forum.

Why are you so into pretty forms Bart I thought you were all for the whole grand-intimidation thing. Seriously, every single one of your forms is described as handsome and lean and just what does that footnote mean how often do you wear girl-guises (I guess Ptolemy just must've been really really pretty to surpass all Bart's previously pretty forms for Bart to wear his guise for thousands of years. Yes that's it - Bart didn't have a special bond of trust with Ptolemy and decide to wear his form as a mark of respect, the kid was just awfully good looking)

I just finished it!! II was hoping to finish it all in one day, but damn school and such. Got in the one. But I LOVE IT!

I forgot to post my thoughts, loved it but felt a little forced here and there... Still a brilliant book! I'm going to meet JS tomorrow night.

I finally read it yesterday. It was a fun read, but, without Nathanial, nowhere near as interesting as the original trilogy. The footnotes aren't as funny this time around either.

It's the English version. I highly doubt it's been translated to Spanish, yet. I can't trust Spanish translators anyways, because they usually fail. For example, in HP7, they translated Molly's epic line "Not my daughter, you bitch" to "Mi hija no, mala bruja", which means "Not my daughter, you mean witch". There is a difference :-/ .

Doesn't anyone find it funny that Bartimaeus was making fun of Ammet for loving his master, when Bartimaeus later ended up willing to die for Ptolemy and maybe even Nat???
