Its more the fact of the injustice thats it's british but america is getting it first...If it had been in spanish or something and i had to wait for it to be translated then, fine, I'd accept that, it would be a spanish book and spain should get it first. The same with american books and movies, you should get them first. It's the pinciple that bugs me more than when i get to read it. -_-Nick76 wrote:Please remember that the Independence War ended over two centuries ago, do not fight over a publication date. Think of all the poor fans all over the world who do not even get a chance to read the novel until it has been translated! True, I may read the American version, but most people in Italy will have to wait for at least a few more months.
And after all, I've always been suspicious when people are so eager to read a new book. I mean, it is the effect of advertising. When I read that there was an incredibly long queue in front of some bookstores in England when a new Harry Potter book came out hours before the opening time, I felt that the human kind is really bizarre.
Waiting makes the pleasure of having something grow. Let's put it philosophically.

(When alls said and done though, I'm perfectly fine to wait for the graphic novel to be released theres no spoilers that come with it because we all already have the book. If it would've been RoS I really wouldn't have been joking about it.There's nothing worse than having to avoid the forums for about 3 or 4 months. The sheer injustice of it would've killed me.
I'm big on fairness. can't you tell? :D )
I agree with your point on waiting though, sometimes i order stuff off the net just for the excitment of waiting for it to arrive. I'm such a child. :P
