A friend recommended book 1 to me, thought I'd enjoy it because Im into stories like that...so there we go. I borrowed the second book from her as well, then bought Ptolemy's Gate. ^_^

A friend reccomended the book to me and I got instantly hooked. I progressed to the second one pretty quickly. And to my cruel punishment as an American, I had to wait until December to read the third. Which was inconvenient since I first read Amulet of Samarkand in late August of 2005, so Ptolemy's Gate was about to come out soon. I'm still bitter about that. <_<

America gets most stuff long before the UK does, though, so it's only fair we get some stuff first. :P

And us poor, poor asians? Wouldn't mind us still being in the empire if I get the movie first....

Write to the government and ask to rejoin the Empire so you can get movies quicker. See what they say.

Well, you could look it up on a table with errors or incompleteness in, or you could mistype it, or Gladstone could just be stupid (all those pirates addling his brain, you see).

You can get a "fake" IP, and sometime it cant be found on the site we go on.

As for Ptolemy, i think i scanned him ages ago, then forgot.

IP numbers are, surprisingly, numbers.

eg 127.0.0.1 (which refers to your own machine, btw)
