Last Christmas, i got this book as a christmas present, at first i was like, ahh cant be bothered... looks rubbish.

But i started to read, and read, and i really enjoyed it!

So here we are now!
hi there
ok.. i got started reading the series because of my english teacher...
I saw it at random in Borders, and fell in love with the description on the back. So I spent my entire allowance (at the time. It's grown so much more since then) on it, and didn't regret it a second.

Nathaniel had been going on about them for ages, and when the third came out, he finally persuaded me to borrow them off him and read them. So I did. (And, incidently, finished the third book before he'd finished the second. ^_^ )

I bought the first book last September because I had some spare cash and it was only a few bucks. I got hooked and soon got the next one.

I looked at it a couple times, (we had it in our basement) then I started it and LOVED it!!

To prove my point I lifted one of his fingers and methodically picked his nose. He uttered a squawk of protest. "Stop that!"'

I was looking through books at Barnes and Noble a few years ago and saw it. I began reading it on October 19, 2003(yes, I have the exact date. we had to record what we read in my English class). I finished it in about a week and eargerly awaited the next two books.

I borrowed The Amulet of Samarkand from my school library(weird XD). Then after I finished it(bought a copy of it), I went wild trying to find the next book. XXXDDD

Your school library has books worth reading in?

Wow. Your library has books that are that new? We're still stuck with books talking about the feudal system as it's happening right now.

Seriously though, we have a fancy new library full of brand new refrence books and one shelf of crap fiction. Before they upgraded it, I spotted a book with a date as new as 70-something. It was still in one piece, too.

to tell the truth, we have a decent library, even if the books are old, they are good and mostly in one piece.
