I know...They're scarier than Jar-Jar.
I was trying to make a joke.
"You belong in Gryffindor,
where dwell the brave at heart,
Their daring, nerve and chivalry
set Gryffindors apart."

With that you were?

Well I completely missed it then...
The Mona Lisa:

Uncyclopedia has some words to say about Ronald...
:D
I wish I were a cat-dragon
I would have to say it's my least favorite out of the three.
There is a sort of busy worm,
That will the fairest book deform,
Their tasteless tooth will tear and taint
The poet, patiot,sage or saint,
Nor sparing wit nor learning.
Now, if you'd know the reason why,
The best of reasons I'll supply;
'Tis bread to this poor vermin.

They had a page for Gladstone and Disraeli, somewhere. I must edit it sometime ;)
Oh my God... Hah-hah! That's hilarious!
I say night I'm living in the forest of my dream,
I know the night is not as it would seem,
I must believe in something,
So I'll make myself believe it,
That this night will never go.

Oh, Canada...

Oh, Canada...
Probably the worst for me, though, it was still very good.
Yeah i agree. Its my least favourite of the three. Still a very good book though.
what didnt you like about it? i didnt like the main antagonists lack of information. we dont really hear much about the golem do we? and he is just killed off very quickly at the end. i persoanlly think honorius was more interesting than the actual golem.
Yeah i agree. I also thought Kitty's chapters got a little boring.
yeah that too, got a little boring after awhile, luckily, they got more interesting in PG.
Yeah i agree i didn't mind reading the ones in PG. I just thought the ones in GE where a bit longer than necessary. I didn't get bored reading them, i just thought Bartimaeus' and Nathaniel's chapters where a lot more interesting.
I liked them for the simple reason I could stay in Bartimaeus's world for a little longer.

^^ I agree with that, i did enjoy the later 'Kitty' chapters. Especially where bartimaeus asks her to trust him.
But the obvious parallels to Ptolemy, in that part, kinda bored me. It was too predictable.
Although the Other Place was interesting.
I wonder who named it Other place. Cant be the spirits, since our world would be more other to them
I think the author may have just called it the 'Other Place' to create a sense of mystery about it...thats why the name of it doesnt get explained in the books.
