Safe bet.
I'd like to think a script'd be done by mid-2009.
Then casting and such could be done (luckily) by the end of the year, then preproduction, shooting, and post-production throughout the year...

Well, according to IMDB (internet movie data-base) - which is usally quite accurate - there is going to be a film at some stage. But definately no earlier than 2011. The film rights have already been sold to Miramax, you realise.

Miramax have had the rights for a few years now with nothing happening. I reckon it's going to happen in the same year a Good Omens film and Duke Nukem Forever are released.

Here, the seasons are different; Christmas is in the winter. August and June and such months are hot. Out of curiosity, where are you?

Well, I haven't done much my last visit here, and it's been a while, so I suppose I'm a new user. Anyways, I'm pretty upset with the lack of news on the film, so I decided to post here.

I think it's going slow because the books aren't all that popular...I didn't see any hitches in the Twilight planning, after all.

Better 2011 than not at all. Or maybe not at all would be better?
