Obama '08 (holla!!)
Watch this if you still doubt, it's so inspiring:

Remember: "We are not red states and white states, we are the
United States"(+Lucy)
Yeah, I like him the best even without the video, but I don't see how we Canadians can change it....
Well at least a change to Bush will help.
Randall Munroe said it best:

I like his Jon Stewart comment the best.
And he does seem like the real thing. He was a criminal and changed into a powerful politician. That is the face of redemption, forgiveness, honestly, and black rights. Well Luther King really was though.
He was a criminal?
I wish I were a cat-dragon
Um, druggie I think. Well at least I know he was poor and work his way up.
It doesn't matter who you vote for. Everyone will regret it and hate them anyway.
Run, run as fast as you can...
Obama's the first politician I've seen in a long time that I think there's a chance that might not happen, you know.
I'm not saying I'm sure he'll be good, or even that it's likely. Just that it might happen.
We'll see.

haha...Jon Stewart, I love him, he came to defend Colbert today, in the Mike Huckabee debate:

I'd vote for Colbert if I could, but they didn't let him run.

Unless the guys good like the top three Presidents.
Yeah, Colbert knows the good stuff.
He plays D&D!
I wish I were a cat-dragon
Back off! He's my politically savvy talk show host!!
I loved him first.
(It's true, I remember the days when he did the Goodwrench commercials)
Edit: This forum is suffering from an appalling lack of americans. =[ Take Lucy with you, bbs!!!
We have a large amount of Canadians, I gather.

A politics thread? Bartiforums? Uh-oh...
Romney. But If I had to go Dem, Obama.
Miss Clinton scares me slightly.

Romney? The guy who was pro-choice and is now pro-life, who thinks Gay marriage and Civil Unions are wrong, and who says use of "Enhanced Interrogation techniques", which the UN classifies as torture, is fine...
:/
hi there
Heh. Nice choice Apollo.
I don't like another Clinton. The only thing about her I like is that she could be the first woman pres. But I would prefer a different female and go for Obama, despite Gingerbreadman's theory. I actually like to make a very small difference.

Obama's so smart, he planned for this in advance. Now you can have both in (relative) power by voting for my man Barack:
See No. 8:

All he talks about is change and I like it in my wallet...ha ha
jokes aside he never says anything he is going change!

:D

is right. Whoever is elected is going to end up more or less unpopular. Too many problems, too little time.
Shame of the Super Son
Yes, sooner or later...though it is possible for someone to actually do something...
