It depend on which half you read, book 1 doesn't bother me much, as it mostly talks about jason and his team (who're 80% have nothing to do with percy), and I read the 3rd and 4th book after reading PJO so I can't look them the way I look book 2. Example, in the start of the 2nd book percy fought stheno & euryale who want vengeance for medusa(here if u haven't read lightning thief u don't know what happened with medusa), but they can't kill him because percy's body can neither got cutted nor stabbed(here if u haven't read last olympian u won't understand what had happened to his body)etc...

I've read 1,2 and 4, but can't remember much, a Re-read might be in order.

Fine. I'll also swear it on Merlin, the Capitol and the ring of power, if you like.
What's wrong with ebooks?

No, nothing's wrong with ebooks. It's just that when you download an ebook, the author doesn't get the money for the book that you read, it might seems that it's not much, but it's what the author do to make living. Imagine if there're thousands of people out there downloading ebooks, but not a single one of them bought the real book, just how much money have those people stole from the authors in return for the good books they made for them. But I guess there's nothing wrong with that

Eh. I buy my e-books from Amazon, so I think the autor does get my money (unless he's dead, of course)

Oh, usually people tend to get ebooks without paying a penny (except for the data transfer, of course), there are sites which lets you download ebooks at no cost but, thankfully, most of those won't show up when you search them in google

Yeah, I know one of those sites, but the books there are quite boring.

Good read, but Dionysus kinda dissapointed me. I haven't picked up a book from this series since the Last Olympian actually, but I heard there was more. Haha, I probably should get back into it...

Are you telling me that I should consider whether or not to continue reading Percy Jackson while drunk, because it means that I'll be less likely to lie to myself?

Lol, I was trying to point out that the truth is often disappointing. As you were talking of Dionysos...

'In aqua sanitas' apparently means 'in water, health; although it sounds more like 'in water, sanity', but as we know, that's completely false :P

I think it refers to sanitation than sanity

Yes. But sanity fits so much better, in my opinion.
