Percy Jackson

Book Discussion
The trailers always look decent.
The first movie sucked so bad! Unless the 2nd one has fantastic reviews, I am not going to watch it.

That was my thought. I suppose that we shall see...and if it indeed is, well, there's a new definition of 'impossible'.

Good thing I've never seen it then. :D

Ah, Percy Jackson. (I'm surprised I never posted in this thread about it.) I remember 4 years ago reading through all of them in a frenzy and being really addicted to the end. It's a very cleverly done series. Good pacing. I haven't re-read them since though.

I will too.
Ah, the books....The object of many friendships for me- shared interests and all. I was obsessed with them for while...until I discovered our Bartimaeus Trilogy.

2nd was my least favorite, 4th was my most favorite.
I heard some new opinions on the movie today: apparently, it is pretty good.
On a side note, I now know where I got the term "bullcabbage" from.

I am not sure if it is a 'default'. I simply chose the first word that I saw when I was writing that comment.
This is YOUR signature, evillaugh:

"friends come and friends go, but enemies accumulate
education is important, school however, is another matter
If you think the grass is greener on the other side, it's because it is fertilized with bullcabbage"

Note the 'bullcabbage' at the end. That's where I got it- simply a random word.

Me! At first I tought PJO & HoO are different series so I read the first 2 books of HoO before PJO, after that PJO books aren't sold anymore at my local bookstore, so I read the ebooks and hunt the real books whenever I'm abroad, LONG LIVE COPYRIGHTS!
PS: HoO=Heroes of Olympus
PJO=Percy Jackson and the Olympians

Yeah, if you didn't read PJO first you won't understand about 60% of the story, I mostly found out that in the 2nd book, when percy told stories about his past, which you won't understand if you haven't read the PJO
