I don't really have problems when I use a library computer...

I have stupid pop-ups telling me to de-bug the computer when ever I'm on a site the school wouldn't approve of.

But at the library (which is where I am now), they won't let you download ANYTHING, you can't change Internet options on IE, etc. etc. But circumventors work.
And at skool, when you go to the site, it says, "this page is blocked Ottawa-Carleton District School Board" then it says the url and why it was blocked(sometimes they don't even say). Mostly they're blocked for games, hacking, pornography, etc. But I just use proxies or circumventors. Or you could ping them if you know command line.

And the irony is that the school is using the exact same thing to thwart your efforts at internet freedom...

Proxies are too much, firstly you have to become a client. It's a pay service. I believe.
