I went to see The Adjustment Bureau. It was pretty good, if you like sappy romances with a bit of a supernatural twist. Also, it has a bunch of guys running around in fedoras. :D
I just watched Paranormal Activity and I'm feeling really creeped out now...I thoroughly recommend it to any horror movie fans here if you've not seen it already.
Bartimaeus: It won't be the only mad thing about if you let this lot go. Check out that one at the end. He's taken the form of a footstool. Weird...but somehow I like his style.
Nathaniel: That is a footstool. No one's using that Pentacle.
^At the time I didn't think it was that scary; trying to fall asleep that night, however... o_O

Hell no.
*shrug* The proffessional reviews have been pretty unfavourable, but I don't think that's always a good indicator (although that could be partly because I think that about half the movies *cough*socialnetwork*cough* with fantastic reviews are boring).

The soundtrack is pretty amazing. However, if I actually ever got out to see movies anymore (which I don't), I'd rather go see Rango.

Hey now, The Social Network was awesome! I do think Sucker Punch looks kinda cool. No plot to speak of, but hey ho, I don't mind something that's just Rule of Cool cranked up to 11 now and then.

Suckerpunch looks god damn awful Sam.
hi there
Sucker Punch looks pretty good. The 300 guy is directing it so it'll clearly have gratuitously awesome special effects and slowmo :D
sentynel is gay
I liked it. Screw everything else, but steampunk zombie Germans fighting hot chicks with a variety of awesome guns and swords and even a mecha was amazing.

I watched the Lion King. And, damn, I have to say I hadn't watched such a good film in a long while. Why don't they make films like those anymore? :-/
And, yes, Mufasa's death made me cry, like it has always done. ;O;
"When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead. True story".
I watched Jungle Book the other day. Old Disney movies are EPIC....and Shere Khan has the best bass voice in the world. :)
Tact - Is for those not witty enough to use sarcasm.
@Footstool- I watched No One Killed Jessica. It was very good. Not only did it mostly stick to what truly happened, Vidya Balan and Rani Mukerji acted wonderfully. Also, it was short and the movie was presented very nicely. I know you wanted to see it; did you? I also almost ended up seeing Band Baaja Baaraat, but I had to restrain as I have my biochemistry paper tomorrow. What little I saw, I found funny.

My sister went to see Black Swan at her friend's place. She didn't see the whole thing because she found it scary and she said the movie was stupid.

I did actually see No One Killed Jessica - I agree with you completely, it was such an awesome movie. :D
Complete change in tone here: Do not watch Band Baaja Baaraat. It is terrible, and a complete waste of 2 hours. People said Ranveer was really cute in the film (which he is, in parts) but it's not worth sitting through the rest of it just to see him. >.<

It is pretty creepy. But it's a fantastic film. Don't know what your sister considers a good movie.

So who else thinks that at least half the revenue of this will be from Tea-Partiers?

I'll take your word and avoid it. :)
To be honest, I have never had much faith in Bollywood comedy movies. There are very few successes; most are crap. Especially the Akshay Kumar movies. So I mostly try and not watch them.

She has a pretty okay taste when it comes to movies. Possibly the beginning was a bit stupid...

Ooh, I loved Black Swan. If I'd watched it with my parents, I'd probably only have traumatizing memories to associate with it, but since I didn't yessss I liked it very much.

I just got around to seeing The Social Network. I also liked that movie bucketloads. Though part of me does want to stop using facebook now. Hngk.
Saw The Dark Knight. Liked it a lot.
And the Joker is badass.

Nice job!

Movies I'm looking forward to: Thor, X-Men First Class, Green Lantern (!!!), Captain America.

I'm not looking forward to DH2, but I'll have to go see it anyway... :/
