=D

And Gran Torino was pretty good. Not the best, but decent.
I liked it, but I have a major problem with the premise. Why would you ever think picking a fight with Clint Eastwood would be a good idea?

Because to a chav he looks like an old wanker? =P
I recently watched Låt den rätte komma in (let the right one in)
It makes up for twilight which very nearly spoiled everything to do with vampires (apart from Dracula, of course)

Recently watched The Castle for the first time in years. Hilarious movie, great lines.

Meyer has publicly admitted she didn't do the research on vampires, and just made it up as she went along.

I was referring to the film rather than the books, the books were supposed to be unconventional, they weren't great be were fine to read when they were alternative. However, that's most of what they had going for them, so their popularity wasn't helpful. Especially since in most book shops I can't find a book that isn't about dragons or vampires >.>
I recently read a book which looked to be promising, turned out to be about vampires, and had a terrible ending.

Not researching is great example of a horrible writer.

Not keeping with vampire tradition: okay. Not keeping with vampire tradition purely for the sake of a crappy wet dream that doesn't even turn into a full wet dream* (me wantsy hot Edward/Jacob action!) because your pastor would frown on it: not okay.

*Yes. Even with book4. The bitten pillow could have been a really interesting story!

Even so, one would still best look it up.

Saw the Hangover. 'Twas funny, though we'd wanted to see Public Enemies (the website lied about what was playing).

I really want to see Public Enemies.
Major Depp and Bale fan, and I always liked Givanni Ribsi, along with the whole crime era...
So yeah, major draw for me.
I'm gonna hit it early in the morning...
Probably after downing an energy drink.
Hopefully (i.e. if I have the cash) I'll see Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, too.
I like the series, hope it doesn't get stale (à la Shrek - third just wasn't quite as good.)

I heard it was really good.

Oh, and Year One was, as was expected, a waste of time.

Jack Black is only decent when there's a good director (or underage kids) that prevent him from being his inappropriate self. =[ But Michael Cera was jokes
