Have you read Ring of Solomon? It is a prequel to the trilogy. Faquarl appears a lot more there; he is my favourite character in that book (barring Bartimaeus of course).

Not hating him. IIrc he was there till most characters were eliminated. He had to go in the end when there were more important characters to protect.

As expected, Bartimaeus (1st place) and Nathaniel (2nd place) did.
Footstool was a close and random third.

I think I actually ended up casting the vote which took the footstool off the list...the score went too far down to even try and compete with Barty and Nat :P
Bartimaeus: It won't be the only mad thing about if you let this lot go. Check out that one at the end. He's taken the form of a footstool. Weird...but somehow I like his style.
Nathaniel: That is a footstool. No one's using that Pentacle.
