And, who did you guys like better? Kitty or Nathaniel?
I have to say Nat...
cant say...i luurve both...though nat should have tried to understand bart[and interest in the other place]much earlier..kitty understood the fact..and studied and read as much as she could about bartimaeus..hmm..but i lurve both of them...

I
lurve them too. Though if I was Bart I would like Nat better.

CaffeineRiot.com I prefer Nathaniel.
I think Bartimaeus might have as well.
Why?
Nat didn't do much.

CaffeineRiot.com Hmmm Gained trust or saved a life. Hmmmmmm the answers obvious
However much Kitty compared to Ptolemy, ie. going to the other place, etc., I think Nathaniel's final act affected Bartimaeus more. Nathaniel did what Ptolemy did: save Bartimaeus before they die.
Maybe both?
Personally, I like Kitty more, especially in Ptolemy's Gate.
I would say Kitty. I mean she summoned him and actually listened to what he had to say; something that Nat would not have done. I think that since Nat had kept Bartimaeus in the human world for so long that that made him dislike him even more that before. Of course I agree with what a bunch of people have said about Nat dismissing him and therefore sacrificing himself for Bart in the end, making Bartimaeus (at least partially)forgive him.

CaffeineRiot.com I think Kitty was more like Ptolemy to Barty than Nat so therefore he likes her better.

CaffeineRiot.com I think there is a special place in Barts heart (...actually i dont think he has one) for both of them but i think Bart may like Kitty more because she went to the OP and risked her health to gain his trust.
I like Nat better though.
Why are you so yellow? ---- Bartimaeus (The Golem's Eye)
I think that Kitty going to the Other Place made Bartimaeus like her a lot, but some to think of it, it seems like Bartimaeus is more concern about Nathaniel than Kitty. And Nathaniel dismissed Bartimaeus before they both died like Ptolemy did.
True, but I still argue that Kitty's actions meant more than Nathaniel's redemption.

CaffeineRiot.com I'd say they're both at the same level.
How?
Fine, Nat said sorry.
Kitty
did something.

CaffeineRiot.com I'm sure he did more than
"Say sorry".
If that's all he did, then
A) Wtf
B) We wouldn't be having this conversation on this forum.
C) Those forty hybrids would have destroyed the world.
He said sorry and released Bart right before he would have died.
He saved Bart's life.
Thats it.
Kitty did at least a little more than that.

CaffeineRiot.com I REALLY HATE GINNY!! I WOULD MUCH MUCH MUCH RATHER HARRY MARRIED HERMIONE!! KITTY IS WAY MUCH BETTER THAN GINNY!! GINNY CAN JUST GO AND DIE FOR ALL I CARE!! And I'll have to say Nathaniel. Kitty hated the magicians very much but she couldn't see that without the magicians Britain would probably not be what it was then. Perhaps it would have been conuquered by other countrys and the British would be living in even worse conditions than they were now. I think it would have been best if Britain had always been governed by both the commoners and the magicians.
