I handcuff Apollo to a toilet seat in an empty room locked from the outside and leave him for 3 days with a juice box. I come back to find that he's resorted to drinking it in the hope of staying alive. I tell him it's poisoned, and that he will die if he doesn't drink the antidote in 24 hours. I leave the antidote just out of his reach. I then give him a saw. To get to the antidote he hacks off his own arm, and drinks the antidote. I then enter the room (having watched all this from an adjacent room through a crack in the wall) and tell him that the antidote was poison, and not actually an antidote, because the juice box wasn't even poisoned in the first place (how the hell could I poison a juice box?). In the end he dies neither from the poison nor from blood loss (from his severed arm), but because he tries to drink toilet water to survive. He gets his head stuck in the bowl and drowns.
