It all depends on the budget. Give it a decent enough budget and it could be a fantastic game.
But I don't hold out much hope.

This game calls out for an arty production.... And budget isn't the end all; It'll give a good game engine and good desingers, but low budgets often work: Look at ICO

It would be cool if the game had more information about the books, that was not in the trilogy

How bout it being somewhat like the book in the aspect that you could be multiple characters like a magician, commoner, and spirit? Not based on the characters in the book of course.

That could easily get confusing.

just thought i'd say that the trilogy was THE BEST EVER, EVER, EVER......

i never cry with books, but it totally caught me off guard and i just started sobbing! sad i know.....

brilliant ending though, i must say! was it just me, or did anyone expect that at the end of the trilogy bartimaeus would die? i didn't exactly want him to, but i thought it would end typically like most books. but it didn't! FAB! kept me guessing all the way through!

i hope theres more books....the ones out already were by far my favourite (no offence HP fans, because they were my favourite too before i read this trilogy!)
any definite word that they're will or won't be?

It depends on the implementation. If it was badly implemented, you'd get chaos. If it was well done, it could be a good game.

Going semi-back onto the subject of the film, Ive got a sick feeling inside it will end up as me going to the cinema, sitting down, and realising I am surrounded by screaming babies, all throwing their popcorn....

In other words, if it comes out and is given a U certificate, I will be dissapointed.
