Indeed, that does seem the most obvious thing to do...
I'm sure they'll have Barti narrating...But show them as his thoughts, how would they do that? Thought bubbles? God have mercy...But knowing Disney it's a real possibility...
The Mona Lisa:

haha they will probably have a voice over of Bart's voice when his mouth isn't actually moving. Then we will be able to distinguish between dialogue and thoughts.
Walt Disney made all the M. Night Shylaman films. Jewels like The Sixth Sense.
It's an MNC. Their flexible. Don't think of the little Mermaid when you think of Disney.

I didn't know Disney made things like 'The Sixth Sense.' Interesting...
Actually, Disney makes only animations... It distributes a whole lot of films, Pirates of Carribean anyone?
Any Barti film would be made by Miramax. Disney would handle the distribution.

ahh i see. I do film studies and i didn't know that :P
Film studies?
Shame of the Super Son
Yes. It a subject where we study films and the industry. Production etc.
We learn about things within each shot, like the lighting, sound, Mise En Scene etc.
Sounds vaguely useless.

Well its good if you want to work in the film industry and its a fun subject to do.
It's more than vaguely useless, Post. It's basically an easy subject to get a nice grade in.

A still more glorious dawn awaits, not a sunrise, but a galaxy rise, a morning filled with 400 billion suns - the rising of the Milky Way
Well if there was gunna be a bartifilm made I think it would be made by miramax or new line cinema or possibly fox.

English exists to fill that slot... Compiter science too. ;)

And vocabulary. Well, at least here. It's not like we don't know what the word "camaflouge"(spelled right? Not good at spelling.) means. Yes, this was one of our lesser words...
No movie will ever capture the towering grandeur of the Bartimaeus Trilogy. ESPECIALLY Ptolemy's Gate. It's a crime that so many people dismiss it as "just a children's book". Dude! It's an everyone book! Although I'm not sure if younger children could fully appreciate the subtle beauty - I mean, you look at all the reviews that cheerfully harp on about the witty humor and totally ignore the philosophical sublimity haunting the novels, just below the surface.
By the way, it's spelled "camouflage".
No, they won't, especially the Other Place.
I also try to delve deeper into with some of my friends and they give me a blank stare....
"You belong in Gryffindor,
where dwell the brave at heart,
Their daring, nerve and chivalry
set Gryffindors apart."
Why can't it be done? And the grandeur is far less epic tham LotR. Just about corresponding to the drop in budget, hopefully.
