We don't get as many bands here touring as I'd like, but it's still generally pretty good.

Gilmour is the singer/guitarist of Pink Floyd.

ah yes. i know about pink floyd. they have a song called 'anyway you want it' i think. my buddies were very obsessed with that song for weeks T-T.

lol. i think it might have been me with the audiobooks. they're done allright, bartimaeus is done quite well but i think nathaniel could have been better. in my opinion, audiobooks should have different voice actors for every character - kinda like a drama CD. it would be muchos better that way. not sure if they do that for kitty in ptolemy's gate, i'm only a third of the way through the amulet of samarkand ^^. amazing how many things you notice when its in audio O_O.

I cried so much. I thought that he would end up with Kitty! (I love NattyxKitty). And all for the sudden... he was dead! It was so depressing... Just when he had realized that he had been a jerk, and he had feelings for Kitty! It's so unfair...

And I hate what Bartimaeus said at the end (he's the best character ever,and I wuv him, but I have to disagree with him, for once). Nat wasn't a typicall master at all. Nat saved him. Like Ptolemy did. An average magician would have never-ever done that.

But oh, well. At least it isn't a cliché happy ending, like in Harry Potter ¬_¬. (I usually hate happy endings... even tho I wanted the Bartimaeus trilogy to have one ;_;).

I just couldn't believe how the book ended...nat saved bartimaeus by leting him go, just like ptolemy did...of course i wish nathaniel didn't die.
