??? It's a TV show. It's not supposed to be entirley acurate. Their jsut trying to make a show people will like. Scrubs isn't exactly the most realistic show either. My dad's a doctor and he still watches Greys Anatomy.

Apart from the relationships it really isn't that unrealistic. House isn't realistic either. Whenever he asks for anything of scan he gets the results in about half a second. Doesn't work that way in real life. Scrubs has moments of truth but over all isn't realisitc at all.
