You should always start a sentence with a capital letter.
It was a (corrected) quote. The word I was quoting was not capitalised, and generally you avoid modifying the punctuation used in a quotation.

Personally, I wanted to cry at the end of the final book, but I didnt.
Later though, on my computer while I was listening to the song Never Too Late I started crying when I thought of Nats ending.

I suggest you all give a listen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWapziQ2mAk

It wasn't a mistake. The lack of capital letter is perfectly accurate for where the quoted word was in the sentence.

Hmm...odd, I didn't seem to feel that Hedly's Never Too Late would match the ending...

The mistake was mine.
He was suggesting the use of [sic] to indicate as such.

I corrected your mistake, which was the spelling. That was the whole point. Nothing else was wrong with it.

Spelled wrong, isn't it?
Don't care.
...is what you originally wrote. No capitalisation errors there. Just the spelling.

All this could have been avoided if only you had said: 'The spelling you're looking for is "disintegrated"'.

All this could have been avoided if you hadn't tried to nitpick the nitpicker..

I think it was mostly an experience that Bartimaeus had. In a way, Nathaniel is the main character, but it's from Bartimaeus's point of view.

Well, that's mostly just me.
