Anyway, about putting people in a special user group titled "Competition winner", it would mean if any staff enter, then they'd have to be moved out of their usergroup....which would be a problem...

How about something that they could put into their sig as well? Like an official statement saying they won or something... It would get deleted when there's new winner.

What I could do, is make a page that lists the winners.....there could be a link stuck up just below the banner on the left, to the right of "Staff List".....

3. There will be a poll, and everyone has a chance to read each fic, and vote on the one they think is the best.
