Man, has this thread been dead for a long time.

The bit where they were sneaking into Underwood's place was hilarious.
I say night I'm living in the forest of my dream,
I know the night is not as it would seem,
I must believe in something,
So I'll make myself believe it,
That this night will never go.

Hmm... So many... Probably when Nat killed Schyler... Or when he was mugged by Fred and Stanley... Gah! So many! :sentynel:

This is a hard question but I suppose it would be starting from when Lovelace came to Nat's house and ending at the beginning of part II. Very emotional, bad-ass, and overall awesome.

I concur (o0o0o cool word) with that, loved when lovelace came and summoned Jabor, but i do feel sorry for the poor table. :D

Yays conversation stopper.

The best of AS was the entire bit starting from hijacking the Squalls and Sons van, ending in when they are locked in the Auditorium. It was just great writing.

I think Pinn's shop was the most thrilling part.
And the tower is my second favorite.

I like the dismissing of Ramuthra.
Nat shows he means business.

One of my favourites is when Bartimaeus steals the amulet and has to escpae fr the house. I love the first scene too. Bartimaeus' take on the theft is priceless "maybe nicking amulets was a new trend".

Best part is when Bart tells Nat that he must entrust old women with the job of buying a newspaper. Also, when he recommends Faqcruel to Nat for counting the grains of sand in a beach or using a seive to drain an ocean. Bought tears to my eyes.

The best part for me is the first 2 pages... that's when I knew these were the best books ever! But I love with when Bart beat up Squalls and Son as a mouse.
Ya, I agree. The first 2 pages were exceptionally good.
