That's a good friend you have there.
When I set out from the boy's attic window, my head was so full of competing plans and complex strategems that I didn't look where I was going and flew straight into a chimney.

Something symbolic in that. It's what fake freedom does for you.

I just read through it, no issues.
Someone should point out to Nero that it's URUK, you idiot, not URK!

I've got no image editor.
And no patience, I don't care much for huge banner sigs like that any more.
And I was resident designed for my old forum, before our computer blew and I lost CS2.
So, been awhile, aight?

Still Uruk, idiot.

That new signature at the end of each of your post is really annoying. Are you gonna keep doing that every time?

Idk, considering it, since it annoys you :)

Haha, it's entertaining.

That's not really annoying anymore.
I'm trying out a post signature of my own, do you like it?

Appropriate.

I've always been baffled by people who type out a signature in each post. That's what the signature block is for! ><

i cant see how someone could be bothered to do that.. XD

i thought the best bit was when Barty and Nat were in the abandoned library. it was gurd.

I can see why you think that, but the best part for me is the whole episode when Bart is trapped in the tower. Humor, suspense, and great storywriting, all in there.

I really like the battle between Bart and the Mercenary.
It's so difficult to pick just one scene! I thought that one of the best parts of AoS was when Bartimaeus first sneaks into Lovelace's house, and has an epic conversation with Faquarl! I also loved the little bit with the "overly-friendly" female pigeon. :D
Bartimaeus: It won't be the only mad thing about if you let this lot go. Check out that one at the end. He's taken the form of a footstool. Weird...but somehow I like his style.
Nathaniel: That is a footstool. No one's using that Pentacle.

The bit that springs to mind for me has got to be when Nathaniel attacks the magicians with the mites. The comedy is insane, man!
Either that or the bit when Nathaniel gets back to the library having been owned by Kitty, and Bartimaeus comments on how bad he looks, and is quite happy about it.
HA! I love that part too! How he asks if Nathaniel was attacked by lovelace's forces or jabor and he says he went to get the newspaper. LOL!

My favorite, though this isn't a specific part, is how guilty Nathaniel feels because it makes him so much more human! That's what I love the most about Nathaniel is how human he was: not a total perfect hero.

My favourite part is the whole book. There are so many things that made me laugh my face off -especially the footnotes- that I can't list just one of them.
But the part that made me go " " was the abandoned library. Maybe my Spanish translation of the book made it seem wronger than what it really is, but Barti suddenly leaned towards to Nathaniel and... whispered in his ear?
Not that I didn't enjoy it, tho... *Admits she ships NattyxBarty* *Gets shot*
"When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead. True story".
I also loved the bit in the Tower of London, with Baztuk and Xerxes, and how Bartimaeus followed that up by setting Faquarl on fire. xD

I really adore Farqual, almost as much as his relationship with Bartimaeus, so I liked the scenes where he appeared.
Those two are constantly mocking each other and I love it :D

But at the same time, I could clearly recognize how much stronger Farquarl was and that little barty was very careful around him. I don't know, I just like it

I adore Faquarl, too. I loved him and Jabor in the book, and Bartimaeus interacting with both of them. And as always, I loved the footnotes.
