IMO, TLC was when the series went downhill. OD was okay, just the usual memory-regain episode. TLC was just so unnecessary :/
I thought it was good, i liked it, then again i also liked the time paradox which most seem to hate so maybe i'm not the best person to comment.
I think minerva's gone for good, in fact i think colfer said that at some point.
i just think its a series you should take with a pinch of salt because if you read it as a serious book you see how rubbish it is. It's like the book equivalent of slapstick compared to wit (basically itself compared to the barti books), wit will always be better because it's clever.
I read it when i feel like something light and superficial to read cause i'm sick of my usual heavy taste in books but still want the whole save-the-world plot. It's fun basically, nothing you have to think too hard about.
if your getting it from the library then definately give it a go, you can't lose anything. It was funny but with a decent storyline that differ's from the usual good vs evil thing even if it felt more like a chapter than an actual story. it was interesting though, i'd definitely recommend it.
