What do you mean by "They are Queezle"?

I'm thinking she (or is it he?) means that Queezle rules so much that miracles would be preformed and Ptolemy would survive.

i got the feeling other than Faquarl and Barti Queezle was the most intelligent djinni seen. but i doubt it, because she wasnt even there. and barti would have lost, although its cool his roar stopped the seige for a second. and by the way barti rules but hes not that amazing

I don't think spirits have to be made just have the essence that is already them summoned, btw, how do magicians summon spirits when they don't have a name yet?
