Cracking is any size password, not just an easy one.

Guessing a password is fluke. Hacking can be done, via Rootkit for example.

guessing the password of an admin? or password of something else. Cause when the site got hacked one of the times, the person who hacked it was logged on with his account not a admin or mod or anything.

Ill go to my forum and ask around. and Ill also post that link up. Weve
been cracked (or what ever) by ourobous, fireassasin, lt slim jim and
then darksushi cracked (I guess) to get the forum back from
fireassasin. and what happend everytime was most active members and
topics were deleted and a topic was posted saying that they had taken
over. except for when lt slimjim took over, all members and most topics
were deleted, and when you went to the site, it was teh log on screen,
and at the top it said "DIE F****** DIE!" curious enough, lt slim jim is still a member of hte forum and comes often. Most members have forgiven him.
