The fourth one was somewhat unnecesary, but they're okay. Worth reading for the single purpose that Artemis Fowl II is a great character.

From Jane Farrar to Artemis Fowl. Wierd. Anyway. Nathaniel probably would have turned out like Farrar IF Arthur Underwood thought Nathaniel had any talent at all.
Anyway yeah, the Artemis fowl books are worth the money, especially the second one. The fourth one was a filler and the sixth one was to give Fowl a much need Girlfriend
