At Spacesim, we put marshmallows in liquid nitrogen and then eat them. :spock:

The day before our vacation we just have no classes. We sit in homeroom all day and do whatever. Not that fun...

We got to play with a bottle of liquid nitrogen at the end of last term. That was fun. Didn't dip marshmallows in, but we did freeze and then shatter a banana, as well as some rubber piping, a balloon, and miscellaneous other stuff.

the younger years are allowed to do that if the older ones have some left over.

I'm in the highest grade and we don't do crap!!! We get all the old, used, crappy laptops and the sixth graders get all the new ones!

Our school is to poor to afford any laptops. We just got new ceilings this year, that were much needed. But we don't have heat or air conditioning, except for certain rooms, like AC for the Computer labs.

In my school practically every space with 4 walls and a ceiling is ACed. The downside of that it that people can't agree on whether it's pleasantly cool or just frigid.
Nothing to see here, move along.
The rooms in my school are always different. The science lab is constantly freezing, we're boiling in the LA room, Social Studies is just about right, and math is always off. Needless to say, the temperatures in each room constantly change. If it's cold one day in science, chances are it'll be too hot next week.

in the summer it is hot everywhere and in the winter it is cold. but when most rooms are just right the maths rooms are always boiling. we put this down to our maths teacher having a link to hell.

It is always freezing in our school in the winter, and always way to hot in the summer. Except for the spanish room, it is the oppostite! My favorite class.

My elementary school used to be like that.

my school's like that. and we don't even have the option of opening a window when it's hot because almost none of the classroms have windows.

Apples are fun too to stick in liquid nitrogen, and then smash.
At my sk00l, the portables have better heating control then the sk00l itself, because the sk00l is so old.
