My real name is Maria but that is my official name, and my unofficial name, by which I always go, is Masha (Mah-shah) and nicknames for me have been 'masha-loo' 'mash' (as in mashed potatoes), mashka, mashka-kakashka (kakashka in russ. means 'pellet') and tons more.

Well, I don't know him and "bin Suparman" means "the son of Suparman", so the Suparman in his name is actually his father's name. On the other hand Suparman in my name is family's name, so it's a bit different

IDK with this guy's name but, usually we use "bin" and "binti" (which means "the daughter of") only in marriage and on top of tomb stone
