Plenty of other reasons... It's much more secure, the interface is much nicer, it puts your address history in order of use not alphabetical order, so you don't have to search through hundreds of sites you've been to once to find, say, "google" once you've typed in g, it's right there at the top, the browser is noticably faster, all the addons and stuff you can get for it are fantastic (currently, I have an addon that improves the download manager, which is already much better than IE's, an addon that blocks unwanted adverts and scripts, one that allows you to edit the source code on the fly, one that allows you to route your connection through a bunch of proxies if you're completely paranoid, one that allows you to pop up previews of links without fully opening them, a couple of navigation menus for sites I use a lot, various addons to the search bar so I can search all the useful sites rather than the crap IE gives you, probably some others I've forgotten...)...
