Punching walls is too painful for me - if I'm mad I'd rather inflict pain on someone other than myself. Usually though if I'm really ticked off at someone I'll back off for a couple of days. It's stupid to get worked up over nothing and if I don't leave them alone I'll probably say something I'll regret.
There is a sort of busy worm,
