A rather weird query.
There have been some other really bizarre ones. Once a girl filed an application asking why some sweets she had sent to George Bush on a festival never reached him. She wanted suitable action to be taken against some people. Another person had asked for all sorts of details of all the people working under the government (unmindful of the fact that millions are employed by the government). After the Act was made applicable to schools and colleges too, my college had a lot of problems with it too. Because students in my college were filing rather frivolous applications.

^Tempted to order that online and use it as a life drawing sketchbook... :D

Actually, it wasn't too bad, as long as you weren't outside too long. My poor little garden took some damage, though. And now there's a lovely thunderstorm.

High winds destroyed the main Bluesfest stage last week. It was crazy, a whole bunch of bands got cancelled, but at least it was the last day of the festival.

Mumbai doesn't get too hot (it is a coastal city). Did it get hotter than Delhi? If so, too bad.
I am in the city of Vellore now. Stupid city but my university is cool.

We've had some pretty wild temperature swings as well in the last couple of months. I also got snowed on, but I was in the mountains in Japan at the time, and I don't think it was particularly unusual for the season.
