Everyone I know said IB was a waste of their high school experience, except maybe the people who got scholarships out of it. But the point is to go far away and most of them stayed here.

Not sure how long that'll last... And I'm not sure how many troops you'd actually see come out, with fear of backlash from other troops etc. (or maybe I'm just being overly sceptical because this is America, idk).
