All is forgivable, Adele. The death penalty is not needed, because, as stated previously, a lifetime in jail and isolation is taking the person out of society, which may or may not be the main reason for the death penalty; it depends on the person. For instance, it seems you advocate it as a means of revenge. Like Nathaniel (or someone) said, we are doing what we condemn them for doing, which is senseless.

all is not forgivable. how can you forgive someone who murdered say someone you love. malice forthought was involved.. all your mom did was wore a shirt someone didn't like... and because of that they decide how the are going to brutally rape and kill her... then do that. You can forgive them for that?

How does ''Pfft" insinuate blindness...?
yeah, if someone "leaked" a rumor that house prices were going to shoot through the roof next tuesday and it was spread around enough, they just might...

but anyway: http://www.businesspundit.com/sub-prime/

It means he casts the idea off as unlikely.

It's from the bible.
Well, idk 'bout the quote, but the concept, anyways, whether to be taken literally or not makes for quite an... active discussion.

Most things in the Bible are not meant to be taken literally.

Some anchorwoman was "randomly attacked".

Randomly? I doubt it.

Not a strong story, but whatever.

Nah, "Eye for an eye," is from the bible. The extended quote is from somewhere else, not sure where.

About the whole death penalty I'm against it (though I have had some doubts when reading about people such as John Wayne Gacy...), but a big problem I have with the death penalty is how many innocent people are convicted and sentenced to death. I would rather keep fifty guilty murderers in jail than let an innocent person be killed for someone else's crime.

What I don't get is why over the years, people have tried to make the death method more humane. If you're willing to kill them for what they did, does it really matter?

Death is death, no matter how it is brought about. Killers that kill killers are still killers.
