Where do the Spirits aquire their weapons? I mean I doubt William would willingly hand over an enormour silver scythe to Patterknife. He could reave the petnacles walls and be able to wreak havoc.

Well, you wouldn't give it the scythe until it's out of the pentacle, and out of the pentacle it could kill you anyway, scythe or not, without the appropriate binding spells.

If you're in charge of an army, you supply the army's equipment. I agree with Sent, and on a slightly related topic, is the armour the djinn wear in GE made of their essence or non-magical material? Or maybe even lesser spirits' essence bound into armour? I think it's probably armour with a built-in Shield so the djinn don't have to use their powers for defence, only attack, and thus they can last longer.

How could he even hold the silver? Aren't the really weak against silver???? ;)

The silver blade on the spear is not connected with the djinni's essence. It's at the end of a shaft of wood, or metal considering their strength.

Hey anyone of you noted that Tchue who was noted to be a great destructor with very little effort was of fourth level and both Honorius and Patterknife of ninth. Armed with silver they must be a quite devasting schock troop.

Indeed, but like all, Golems simply stopped them in their tracks, at least until their masters were found.

Imagine: An Afrit. Deadly. An Afrit with silver weaponry. Deadly-er, and really, really cool. I wonder if they could make any anti-golem armor or something.

Or a kind of a Detonation version of a Nuclear Bomob. You know, a bunch of afrits and djinni transfer Detonation energy into a casing, and have a couple of afrits drop it from the sky. Environmentally friendly, of course.
