You kidding? I remember seeing a teaser for Toy Story 3 about four years ago, I feel old just for the developmental time.

Hollywood is in a sad state for sequels and remakes. I still hate that they're rebooting Spiderman. Ew.

Books I blame less because a book can have a story to tell, to finish, cabbage like that. A series of books is usually a good thing, means a well-flushed out story, fulfilling characters with convincing motives and thoughts...

And then there's Twilight.

Least most of them [games] are good. GH is trying too hard, but Rock Band 3 is truly a good sequel, more of one than Rock Band 2 was.

And I'm intensely curious as to the gameplay of Civ V, since it's being changed so much, and LBP2, wondering just how good that can get.

I actually miss my middle school years, debating about how the just-released 360 would do against the PS3, while, even back then, we laughed at Nintendo. But hey, who's sold more? -shudder-

Anyone think Sonic 4 Pt. 1 will actually be any good? Looking iffy at the moment.

-nom- Goes nicely with the BBQ chicken I ate for breakfast.

So, read that the producer for RE5 won't be on RE6. Huh. Don't know what to make of it, since I liked RE4 and 5.

Yay zombies. Makes me want to read WWZ again. Don't have it, however.... problem.

Starcraft 2 Trailer

Now that is how you make a trailer.
I was happily going to not get this game. Curse you, Blizzard!

(edit: The original Starcraft is pretty much the game that got me into gaming.)

Woo. Starcraft. Took them bloody long enough to bring out a sequel.

And why not get Starcraft 2?

As protest against idiot decisions like no LAN gaming and splitting the three races' campaigns up into three different games, and because I just wasn't that excited about an old-style RTS.

Well, if you've got spare cash, it is awesome. Friend of a friend held a little gathering for the beta, then the launch. Pretty epic.

Still stoked for Halo: Reach, and CoD: Black Ops looks nice. Least it's new locals. Battlefield 3 coming up, yay. Civilization V... gah, still not enough information. WANT.

Star Wars MMO will probably be my first.

If you read up, you'd note I did actually get it, and it is AWESOME.

Sorry, was tired. Still tired.
Nice spoiler >.<

I was expecting a thesis on he entire campaign. Any word or guesses on when Pt. II's coming? And... is the trilogy just going to play multi with itself? Would be horrendously stupid if the three games couldn't play with eachother.

I've not heard anything on the ETA for the expansions, but knowing Blizzard it could be a while. I suspect they probably will drop multiplayer compatibility with the original, though, in the same way Brood War did. There's basically no reason not to buy them, though...

Possible spoilers on the next game, plus spoilers for this one:

Apparently, the zerg campaign (which is the next one out) will involve RPG-style levelling up of Kerrigan, so I'd guess she retains some of her zerg control powers and you'll get choices about how human/zerg to make her...
As for the campaign, I thought it was brilliantly presented story-wise. The interludes between missions were great. (Also, did anyone notice a bit of a Firefly vibe in the interludes, especially in the music?) And the missions themselves were fantastic. Varied and interesting.

Apparently there's a secret mission, too, which I need to go back and find.
