Have you read it? It is seven books, but only five came out recently. It's called Lady Friday. The Scholastic version is BEAUTIFUL!
Tell me if you've read it.

I've read almost all the books by Garth Nix. I got Lady Friday for my birthday.

I personally liked the Old Kingdom better, probably because I read that branch of fantasy more often and the lead character was a girl.

Nope, I don't.

Did you read Across the Wall?

I was a bit disapointed that a Kingdom story wasn't included.

On the fourth day there was war.

Is Old Kingdom Sabriel, Lirael, Abhorsen? I've tried to read it but I didn't understand some parts. But it isn't as bad as the Hobbit, the worst book I've probably read.

yea, the old kingdom is Sabriel Lireal and Abhorsen, its a bit confusing maybe in the first few chapters but after you get into it and start to understand it a bit more they are REALLY GOOD!
(warning: i luv them so dont bag 'em out!)

yea, i did, i suppose 'Nick and the creature in the case' was sort of old kingdom but i wish it had gone on longer. I read it a while ago but i seem to remember that the ending of that one left me hanging, but it might just be my memory so dw.

p.s sorry about double posting

The Hobbit was wonderful, as was the Old Kingdom.

Now Moby Dick is an awful book....

I'm sorry you find it so - what was it again - oh yes, boooooooooooooring. But I suggest you stop insulting it or I may have to hurt you. :ninja2:
There is a sort of busy worm,
That will the fairest book deform,
Their tasteless tooth will tear and taint
The poet, patiot,sage or saint,
Nor sparing wit nor learning.
Now, if you'd know the reason why,
The best of reasons I'll supply;
'Tis bread to this poor vermin.

I do not like ninjas. And I already said in a comment about how you can't burn me, or hurt me, or tell me to stop saying the Hobbit is boring. Or I'll lauch a Crusade. "God wills it." I did not read Lord of the Rings, or watched the movie. But that's because I never got the chance to. But I'd prefer to watch the movie. Now don't get off topic anymore.

I beat all the Scholastic games for Keys to the Kingdom. I thought Thursday was the easiest and Monday was the hardest. My favorite is Monday or Tuesday.
