Well, actually, it depends on what kind of IP you have. If you have a static IP, you can easily change it. Or you could release your IP and get a new one. Delete your cookies and turn off your modem for 30 seconds and then turn it on again. Should work, but I don't know, I don't have a static IP. Mine's is fixed.

Firstly, static means fixed. Secondly, unless you've paid extra for a static one, you'll have a dynamic one. Thirdly, dynamic IPs only vary in the last two number groups of the four group IP address, and therefore all IP bans by anyone with an ounce of sense simply ban the range that your IP falls into, so no, that won't work.
